Come join Goynes STEM Academy for its 2nd Annual Fall Festival on Wednesday, October 24th from 4-7 PM. The festival will have over 50 booths, including a haunted house, cookie decorating, pumpkin painting, face painting, toss the toilet paper, and more. There are over 30 donated gift baskets to try and win, plus a trunk-or-treat to finish the night!
Throughout the night, the festival will have entertainment, a karate demonstration, dance, and drama presentations. Hungry? Come enjoy some good food and treats for you to purchase; popcorn, Witch's Brew, cotton candy, nachos, muffins, caramel apples, snow cones, pizza, hot dogs and more!
Costumes are welcome and students can participate in a costume contest, however no masks allowed! You can save time and pre-order food and tickets until Friday, October 19th. Tickets will be sold after school by the multipurpose room. Forms are available inside the Facebook event: www.facebook.com/events/2249277975301847/
We still volunteers and we would love your help! We also need a few more volunteers for the trunk-or treat, so send us a message if you can help! Prizes will be awarded for best trunks after the festival. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Have you experienced great customer service from a CCSD employee? Have you observed exemplary behavior...a CCSD employee going the extra mile? Submit a RAVE Review! What is a RAVE Review? A RAVE (Recognize A Valued Employee) Review is an unsolicited acknowledgement of a CCSD employee who has demonstrated a special effort, a job well done, a project of quality workmanship and/or a caring and sensitive attitude. A RAVE review is not just a pat on the back for doing a good job. Rather it is recognition for something exemplary and gives you the opportunity to recognize a CCSD employee who has truly gone above and beyond the call of duty.
Who can submit a RAVE Review? Students, parents, teachers, administrators, co-workers, and all community members.
